My intention with this mini-series is to show that you can practice in a way that consistently, and elegantly, supports your meditation practice, but is also flexible enough to be responsive to the fluctuating circumstances of your life.

DAY Three


Welcome to the third set of practices from this four part series, a 'Yin Style' practice that rests on tantric philosophy and the energy systems that exist within the Hatha yoga practices. Externally, a seemingly similar practice to traditional Yin, however this practice elicits a different experience energetically and internally.
