I love this Karina. Such a coincidence that yesterday I started a 3 weeks nervous system workshop with my students where a big part of the conversation was about inhabiting the body, being present in it, listening to its messages, seeing the correlation between mind & body and being generally mindful. But then I hear in the back of my head the voice of Oogway in Kung Fu Panda “there are no coincidences”. 😀
