Mapping the subtle body in yoga
What we'll cover together in this weekend's masterclass...
- The different subtle body systems, including exactly what each system (nadis, gunas, koshas, chakras, grunthis and vayus) does.
- How the different systems relate to each other
- Yogic techniques that can be used to impact each system.
YOGA & YOU:
the art and science of intelligent sequencing
Learn advanced sequencing techniques you don’t get on 200h yoga teacher training programs
Discover how to apply these techniques across three styles of practice: slow flow, hatha, yin
Learn to combine modern asana with traditional yoga techniques (like bandha, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation) as well as philosophy to create truly unique classes that stand out from the crowd
Thank you wonderful Karina,
This was a really, really great presentation- and for me every time, I am offered a chance to connect the dots and process more and more detail into the already existing toolbox as you called it is just such a gift. I love how you make it so accessible- at least that’s how I perceive this Masterclass which is a lot 🙂
Honestly- like James Bond, ‘nobody does it better’ 🙂
THANK YOU. Have a great weekend onwards there.
Much love Lene xx
Hi wonderful Lene 🙂 Thanks for your beautiful message. I’m really glad you enjoyed it. THANK YOU for always being so present and engaged. Lots of love. K xx
Hi Karina and everyone
Thank you for sharing my weekend. Such a lovely refreshing take on the topic. It’s finally starting to all join together as a whole. xx
I loved this masterclass! Karina, you explain things in such a simple way 🙂 thank you for taking the time to put this together. I appreciate you.
Lots of love xxxx
Hi Claire! I’m happy you were able to do it. I appreciate you too! Much love, K xx
Absolutely wonderful Karina – thank you. As always, so clear and concise. Thank you so much. Love to you.
Hi Lovely! Glad it landed – sending love back. K 🙂
Super thankful for this Karina. Instead of trying to decipher the vastness of what yoga is offering us through so many books, documentaries and studies and still not “getting it”, you pop right in, unravelling and explaining in such a tangible way whatever it is that you are talking about.
Lots of love from Sweden 🙂
Amazing! Thanks for the reflection Carmen 🙂 Have a great week! Sending love. K 🙂
OMG! I thought I already knew a lot but obviously I´m missing out on some quite big stuff! One example: For some reason I really thought the vayus are moving through the chakras!? So, as always THANK YOU Karina -for being super good in explaining, for your knowledge, for being so eloquent and for being funny :). As usual <3 to you. P.S. your artwork was on point!
I appreciate the encouragement for the art work 😉 With regards to the chakras and the vayus – I wonder if that’s because of the moon/sun/fire association? For example, moon practice is associated with apana and samana vayus and also sometimes with the elements associated with lower two chakras…etc…although the systems are distinct? Big hugs! K 🙂
Thank you, I am always amazed how you bring all these studies and philosophies together with such clarity and ease. So appreciate you. Much love from Costa Rica
Hi Dagmar! Happy to see your name pop up here! Glad you enjoyed it. Sending love from New Zealand. K 🙂
