there's more to yoga

there-is more

Why was I inspired to create this course for you?

Yoga teachers are a dime a dozen, aren’t they? There is no shortage of teachers with 200h qualifications vying for a small number of teaching positions.

It takes more than an understanding of asana to be a great teacher.

To be a great teacher, you need a knowledge base that is deep, and wide (and an understanding of the philosophy the techniques support) so you can serve students at all stages of their journey.

If you want:

  • To be the kind of teacher who can lead the western yoga community beyond its teenage years and into its adulthood by opening the door to more of what yoga has to offer.
  • More responsibility and more working opportunities.
  • The confidence to develop your own workshops and trainings.

This training is for you!

Feel empowered by your ability to create, and teach, intelligent practices that spark joy and facilitate growth.

EMILY, Yoga & You Student

"What served me a lot was learning how to structure my classes, incorporating them with yoga philosophy and a red thread throughout the entire class instead of disconnected elements. The confidence and knowledge to know how to present those tools to my students that will help them to evolve in life and become more free."
