Hi! I’m Karina….
I’ve spent more than a decade studying the deeper dimensions of yoga.
I’m deeply passionate about yogic philosophy and its ability to teach us to live well and I’m deeply passionate about yoga practice and its ability to train whole-body awareness.
My purpose is to share these with you so you can use the same philosophy and practice to create a life of deep meaning and purpose and experience it, fully and joyfully, with every fiber of your being.
