Starting a conversation (any conversation), especially when feelings are involved, is scary.

It’s no different when the conversation is with your body.

This is why, although you know your capacity to experience love, inspiration, hope and resilience will expand once you begin, you also know the body will expect you to talk about the tricky stuff too (the fear, the disappointment, the stress…all that unexpressed stuff you’re wary of).

You know you can’t numb one end of the spectrum and still have access to the other. That’s why the body is nudging you to do it.

It’s also why the yoga and mindfulness traditions are full of (really simple, very practical, deeply embodied) techniques to help you begin.

Your tendency might be to brace or buckle in big moments now. This course will teach you to yield instead.

Hi! I’m Karina….

I’ve spent more than a decade studying the deeper dimensions of yoga.

I’m deeply passionate about yogic philosophy and its ability to teach us to live well and I’m deeply passionate about yoga practice and its ability to train whole-body awareness.
My purpose is to share these with you so you can use the same philosophy and practice to create a life of deep meaning and purpose and experience it, fully and joyfully, with every fiber of your being.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE MATERIAL?

12 months from 23rd December. Access the content anytime. It’s your own treasure chest of yoga and mindfulness resources that you can dip into whenever you like.

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

Yes. You can either pay in-full up-front (USD 149), or in three installments of USD 55.

IS THIS COURSE YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFIED?

Yes, the course is certified as a YACEP for 10 continuing education hours

DO I HAVE TO BE A YOGA TEACHER TO DO THIS COURSE?
